1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and accessing this digital video, you (the “Purchaser”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the purchase.
 

2. License and Usage
Upon purchase, the Purchaser is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to view the digital video for personal use only. This license does not grant ownership of the content.
 

3. Restrictions on Sharing
The Purchaser agrees not to share, distribute, reproduce, sublicense, or make the video link available to any third party. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sharing the access link via email, messaging platforms, or social media

• Uploading the video to any public or private platform

• Allowing others to access the content using your purchased link
   

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included in the video, including but not limited to visuals, audio, text, and branding, remains the intellectual property of the content owner and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
 

5. Unauthorized Use
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the video may result in:

• Immediate termination of access without refund

• Legal action where applicable
   

6. Refund Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not guaranteed once access has been granted.
 

7. Access and Availability
The seller reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue access to the video at any time without prior notice, for maintenance or other operational reasons.
 

8. Limitation of Liability
The seller shall not be held liable for any technical issues, interruptions, or damages resulting from the use or inability to access the video.
 

9. Amendments
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the video constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
 

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
