What date is the Gala being held? June 11th 2026 @ 6:00PM
What should I wear? Something fabulous! We’re getting gussied up for this. Don’t have anything in the closet? May we suggest renting something, checking out consignment shops or taking a gander at the ol’ Value Villagé!
Is there transportation to and from the hotels listed? Currently, we have shuttles running to and from the Holiday Inn. Will update when we have more information about this.

How much are tickets? Member tickets: $175 + HST + processing fees Non-Member tickets: $200 + HST + processing fees
What does my ticket include? This is a NIGHT OUT. We’ve got a cocktail reception to start, canapés, three course dinner and it’s an open bar. There will be a silent auction full of great stuff to bid on and a DJ will take us into the evening. Perhaps a surprise guest will guide us through our event? Stay tuned!

What is the Gala for? CAVA is a national not for profit organization that works to protect, advocate, educate and support the voiceover industry. Proceeds from the CAVA Gala will strengthen our national voiceover community through AI protection efforts, education initiatives, and member programs. Your contribution helps ensure Canadian voices continue to be heard — at home and around the world.
What’s for dinner? We’ll be sending out menu options closer to the date. We will do our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions. There will be vegetarian/vegan/celiac options available.
Can I bring a friend (even if they aren’t in the industry)? Sure! Just purchase a non-member ticket in your name so you’ll be seated together and tell them to bring their dancing shoes!
